Twirly Dress is fun to wear and twirl in!  Navy blue with white dot pattern.  3/4 sleeve and pockets in front, scooped back and a bow all in soft cotton knit.  We have white tights with ruffles around the ankles to wear under this dress too!  Top it all off with a bow too!
